The Chatterbox Pub has two happening locations, one in Midtown Minneapolis and the other in Highland, St. Paul. The Midtown location is an old staple, while the Highland Park opened in 2006. The Highland Park location is three times the size of the original Chatterbox, and houses more seating, more gaming stations and options, and a larger menu. Sample great bistro style food, sip beer, and play games from your childhood. A large selection of board games, Atari 2600 games, Sega Genesis Games, and NES games are available for play. The Chatterbox keeps crazy hours, so you can play at 7 am, or 2am, whatever your preference. Food is served daily until midnight.
Breakfast is available at the Highland Park location, where classics like buttermilk pancakes, steak and eggs, and skillets are available (try out the spinach and artichoke skillet) alongside more…unique items, such as jalapeno corn muffins and sour cream coffee cake. Breakfast is served daily until 2 pm.
Both locations have a lunch menu with lower priced items in smaller portions. Sample the White Tiger Quesadilla (crisp garlic herb tortilla stuffed with tiger shrimp, parmesan pesto sauce, roasted garlic, marinated artichoke hearts, fresh tomatoes, and lightly sprinkled with mozzarella and served with roasted red pepper sour cream) or the Beer Cheese Fondue (a creamy blend of melted cheddar, smoked onions, spices and Chatterbox Lager, served with crispy tortilla chips, celery and bell pepper spears for dipping).
The dinner menu is extensive and features both familiar selections, alongside the truly unique. The entrée menu leans toward the comfort food variety, think meatloaf, pot roast, and lasagna. There are plenty of options in the sandwich and burger department: try out the Hellcat Inferno Chicken Wrap (Roasted chicken, shaved Bermuda onions, fresh tomatoes, romaine lettuce and cheddar, drizzled with Hellcat Inferno sauce and bleu cheese dressing, wrapped in a tomato tortilla), the Squash Wrap (roasted garlic squash, layered with feta, black olives, fresh tomatoes and romaine lettuce wrapped in a garlic herb tortilla), or the Mediterranean Burger (bleu cheese, caramelized onions, and mushrooms in a savory reduced red wine sauce). Original bistro pizzas are also served. Try out the "Oh, My Gawd!" Totally Pesto! (parmesan pesto sauce topped with sun-dried tomatoes, marinated artichoke hearts, roasted garlic, and mozzarella) or the A Night in the Box (A double layer of roasted garlic, fresh tomato, garlic infused mushrooms,
mozzarella, ricotta, marinara, and optional jalapenos).
The beer selection includes both the in-house beers (the Chatterbox Lager and the Chit-Chat Ale. The Chatterbox Lager tends to get better reviews than the Chit-Chat Ale) and imported and domestic brews including Wittekerke Belgian White Ale, Bubble Jack I.P.A., Fuller’s E.S.B., Young’s Double Chocolate Stout, Pilsner Urquell, Strongbow Hard Cider, and Miller Lite and Budweiser.
The wine list is extensive for a pub, and includes some unique selections. Mead is also available for $7 a glass or $28 for the bottle. Sweet Pea, an apple wine, is available as well.

Interesting food... terrible approach to waiting tables... retro games are a blast
