Fuji-Ya has two Twin Cities locations, one in Minneapolis and one in St. Paul. The Minneapolis location focuses on dinner and a late night experience, while the St. Paul location serves lunch and dinner and closes a bit earlier. Whichever you visit, you will not be disappointed. Fuji-Ya serves up some of the best sushi in town and has a really fun atmosphere.

It is fun to sit at the sushi bar and watch the sushi chefs create masterpieces. Definitely try out the blue fin tuna – it is phenomenal. Minneapolis Fuji-Ya has Happy Hours where you can get discounted drinks and food: 5-7pm and 10 -12pm Tuesday through Thursday, and 8-10pm on Sunday. Thursdays and Sundays also feature a live DJ. St. Paul has Happy Hours as well: 5-7pm Monday through Thursday.

Fuji-Ya has a great drink selection, with a variety of red and white wines, sake, plum wine, domestic and imported beer, and creative cocktails. Try out a Fuji-Tini, Onikoroshi sake, or Kirin Ichiban.
