Ligne Roset began in 1860 as a small business making bentwood walking sticks in Montagnieu, France. They are now a large multinational company with more than 200 stores and 1,000 retail distributors worldwide.

Working with an internationally acclaimed team of designers, Ligne Roset provides the world with contemporary sofas, sofa beds, armchairs, occasional tables, dining tables, dining chairs, cabinetry, beds, desks, hall units, lighting, rugs, vases, accessories, tabletop and textiles.

Notable designers include: Didier Gomez, Peter Maly, and Pascal Mourgue. To this roster, Ligne Roset added the following young designers: Erwan and Ronan Bouroullec, Kristian Gavoille, Arik Levy, and Sophie Larger.
